　　When we receive repair request from customers, our dedicated RMA team are on hand to quickly run failure analysis and remediation procedure. Traceability is our strength to quickly get to the root cause and repair the defective parts. Eversun Manufacturing team record and maintain each process in our shop floor system, which also allows the system to manage and replenish component control through SAP.

　　Our quality teams perform regular system, process and production audits to control and minimize defects in production. Each individual operator is well trained to perform particular task and recognizing every specification acceptable level.
